availableってこんな風に使うのか！

I had an inspection yesterday.

（昨日、内見に行ってきました。）

If you look for a shared house or room on the internet and you're interested in it, you should see it with your own eyes. Sometimes the room is quite different from that in the pictures on the website. Basically, that's dirty. So you should inspect it before you make a contract. To have an inspection, you have to contact the house owner on an email, phone call, or SMS.

（もしネットで気になるシェアハウスやシェアルームを見つけたら、絶対に見に行ったほうが良いです！写真と違って汚かったりします。内見したいときは、直接オーナーとメールや電話でやりとりする必要があります。）

When I was communicating with him, I knew the word "available" is very useful. I had misunderstood "available" means "something can be used." However, you can say "someone or something is available."
Here's the messages.

（オーナーと連絡をとり合うなかで、気づいたことがあります。それは、"available"という単語がめちゃくちゃ使えるということです。それまでは"available＝何か物が利用できる状態"と思っていたのですが、物だけじゃなくて人に対しても使えるということがわかりました。実際のメッセージがこれです。）

In the blue text messages I used "available" not just once but twice for the room and me, because I got to like this word too much. It might be a little wordy though.

（青いのが私なのですが、availableが気に入り過ぎて、2回も使っています。"部屋空いてますか？"と"その日は何時でも大丈夫です"の2パターンです。クドいと思われてます多分。）

Also, in different situations, you can say this word, for example, " WiFi is available here," "Is the manager available?" etc.

（また、別のシチュエーションでも使えます。"ここWi-Fi使えますよ"や、"責任者のかたいますか？"などです！）

By the way, the room I saw yesterday was not bad, but it cannot be locked... So I'm going to inspect another room tomorrow.

（ところで昨日見に行った家ですが、まあまあ良かったのですが部屋の鍵が付いていませんでした…。明日また別の所に内見行ってきます！）
