スーパーもコンビニも無いですが

I found a new room ! It's in the countryside which has a lot of green.

（新しい部屋決まりました〜！緑いっぱいの田舎です。）

There are three main reasons why I decided to move in there.

（決め手は3つでした！）

Firstly, it's cheap. The weekly rent is $135. (including all bills, and WiFi connection as well) If monthly, it's about $550.

（まず1つ目は、家賃です。水道光熱費WiFiぜんぶ込み込みで、週10,000円ちょい。月にするとだいたい40,000円ちょっとです。）

Secondly, the house owner can speak Japanese amazingly. So if I'm not sure what something is called in English, I would be able to ask him quickly. It's good to learn.

（2つ目は、オーナーさんです。日本語ペラッペラ！これ英語で何て言うんだっけ？と思ったらすぐに訊ける環境です。良い先生になってくれること間違いなし。）

Thirdly, there is a small espresso machine in the kitchen !!! I can practice making coffee with steamed milk, especially latte art, anytime. What are the chances !

（3つ目は、簡易エスプレッソマシーンが置いてあったことです!!!スチームミルクを使ったコーヒー作りやラテアートの練習が、いつでもできるんです。こんなことってあるんですね！）

Although it's a little far from the Melbourne city, it's almost perfect for me to live. I'm looking forward to moving on 22 Nov.

（メルボルンの街からはちょっと遠いですが、ほぼ完璧な物件でした。22日に引っ越します！）
