Here's the cafe where I'd wanted to go since I came to Australia.

The cafe's name is "St. ALi." It's one of the most popular cafes in Melbourne, because there are world-class baristas in the cafe.

↓USA Today Pancakes（USAﾄｩﾃﾞｲﾊﾟﾝｹｰｷ）

The bacon goes well with maple syrup. And the pancakes are moist and melty. It's delicious!

↓Flat White（フラットホワイト）

The coffee is also good. It has a well-balanced taste and it's easy to drink! The crema is smooth-textured and rich.

（コーヒーも美味しいです。バランスが良く飲みやすいです。クレマ(エスプレッソの泡)がきめ細かく濃厚です。）

It's a little expensive (the pancake was $20), but it's worth going.
