カフェのボランティア
Yesterday I did volunteer work at the cafe "Lentil As Anything" which is a unique social enterprise. Lentil asks customers to pay what they feel the meal and experience is worth. If customers are not satisfied, they don't have to pay.
（昨日は"レンティル・アズ・エニシング"という、ちょっと変わったカフェでボランティアに参加してきました。このカフェでは、お客さんが支払い金額を決めるのですが、もし料理やサービスに満足できなかったら払わなくても良いんです！）

The reasons why I joined the volunteer group are to have an experience of cafe job, and improve my English.
（このボランティアに参加した理由は、カフェでの仕事に慣れておきたいのと、英語力向上のためです。）
I really regretted to join it at first because I didn't know what I should do and couldn't do anything as a hall staff... However, I gradually got used to it, and I got to be able to move quickly and enjoy working. And I worked as a barista there a little bit. I really had fun!
（最初は右も左も分からず何もスタッフらしいこともできず、本当に帰りたいと思ってしまいましたが、人間やっぱり慣れですね。徐々にてきぱきと動けるようになっていき、楽しく働くことができました。バリスタのポジションも少しやらせてもらい、すごく良い時間を過ごせました。）
The staff meal also made me happy.
