Udon It Be Nice

Hi, it's Kudoko who was staring at the little cockroach in my room with my pale face because it was a little different from Japanese one.

The soup is clear and very nice. "Dashi," which is a Japanese soup stock made from fish and kelp, makes it richer. It's exactly Japanese Udon. And the noodles are so chewy.

（スープは透明で、出汁が効いていてとても美味しいです。ザ·日本のうどん、という感じです。麺もコシがあります。)
